Chefs’ Table: A Taste of France
Join us for an intimate evening dedicated to the flavors of France. Chef Josh Fidler and his culinary team present a seasonal five-course tasting menu inspired by classic French cuisine, showcasing time-honored techniques paired with a refined New American perspective. Each course is thoughtfully crafted using the best local ingredients Adams County has to offer, celebrating both French tradition and regional seasonality.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 5:30 PM, featuring French-inspired hors d’oeuvres designed to set the tone for the experience.
Guests may enhance their evening with a curated French wine pairing, featuring selections from renowned French regions, carefully chosen to complement and elevate each course of the tasting menu.
