Chefs’ Table: A Spring Tasting

Celebrate the arrival of spring with an intimate Chefs’ Table experience highlighting the season’s freshest flavors. Chef Josh Fidler and his culinary team will present a thoughtfully crafted five-course tasting menu inspired by classic French techniques, interpreted with New American flair, and showcasing the exceptional local ingredients Adams County has to offer.

Drawing from the region’s early harvests and vibrant spring produce, each course highlights the flavors of the season.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 5:30 PM, where guests will enjoy a selection of seasonal hors d’oeuvres before being seated for the tasting.

Guests may also choose to enhance their experience with a thoughtfully curated drink pairing, designed to complement each course and highlight the flavors of the menu.
